Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law to use the Service.

You are responsible for the information you provide, including income, expenses and goals. Please keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

SaveMate AI is a personal expense tracker and AI-powered money companion designed to help you understand your own spending patterns and save more of your salary.

SaveMate AI is NOT certified financial, tax, investment or legal advice. We do not sell, distribute or recommend loans, credit cards, insurance products, mutual funds, stocks or cryptocurrency.

Our AI features (OCR on bills/UPI screenshots and the Ask AI chat) can sometimes make mistakes. Always verify the extracted amount, merchant and category before saving an expense. You are the final decision maker.

• No illegal, harmful or fraudulent content.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to circumvent security.
• No money laundering, fraud or misuse of financial data.
• Do not upload data belonging to someone else without their consent.

SaveMate AI is currently free to use. If we introduce a paid plan in the future, the price will be shown clearly in-app before any charge is made. You will always be able to cancel or downgrade.

The SaveMate AI name, logo, app design, code and content belong to Plintho Digital LLP. The data you enter belongs to you.

You can delete your account any time from Profile → Delete account & all data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, break the law, or abuse the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plintho Digital LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any financial decisions you make based on outputs from the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
